We stand behind the quality and performance of our digital products. If you experience an issue where a purchased product does not work as advertised, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:
A support ticket must be submitted through our official support portal or email within 30 days of purchase.
The issue must clearly demonstrate that the product does not perform as described on the product page or documentation.
Our support team will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
To initiate a refund request:

Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will verify your claim and contact you within 3–5 business days.
Please note that refunds are not available for:
Services that have already been rendered (e.g., web development, consulting, or custom integrations).
Completed digital downloads where the product functions as described.
Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions or maintenance plans.
In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for a different Excellence Digital product if it better fits your needs.
